What Teaching Hospitals Gained Under the ACA

In light of the Senate's 2017 Better Care Reconciliation Act, I wrote a data story about how teaching hospitals were surprising winners under the ACA, mostly by way of the Medicaid funding that enabled the low-income populations they serve to pay for their medical care.
